When you request an Astrological Consultation with me, you will be asked to submit a form with your details and pay via PayPal.

Once you have done so, I will ask you to select an appointment time which suits you via my Calendly booking button will inform me that you have made a booking and I can then send you links to the Pre-Consultation form and the PayPal payments form.

Once you have submitted your form, I will confirm that I have received it via email within a 24 hour time frame. I will also inform you when to expect your consultation reading whether in person (London only) or Skype.

I will always consider the questions that come up during our reading to ensure it comes under the criteria set out in our Code of Ethics which you can find below. I will not answer any questions that I find to be unethical (e.g. health, legal matters, third party readings, pregnancy etc.). I will work with you to rephrase or review the original question to see if we can come to an agreement.

Once you have had your consultation with me, I will send an audio copy of the consultation to you along with a copy of your birth chart. It will be sent to the email address you provided when you originally booked with me, unless you specify another email address for me to correspond with you.  You will have the opportunity to contact me after the reading and ask me questions, though I may be limited to the amount of time I can spend with you. If you have a lot of other questions, you will be encouraged to book a follow-up consultation or sign up to one of my courses, to deepen your understanding of your own chart.

If you do not receive your astrology documents following your reading within the agreed time frame, please check your junk folder otherwise contact me at [email protected]

Refunds

Refunds may only take place under agreement by both parties involved for example: If the Astrologer and the customer can not agree on a suitable question and the reading cannot go ahead then the customer will automatically be given a full refund. Once both parties involved have agreed to the question and the reader prepares and sends the email to the customer then a refund would normally be rejected.

If you think your questions haven’t been answered properly you can contact me to request a refund by sending a copy of the reading and the reasons why you think you should receive a refund. [email protected]. This will be investigated and you will be notified of the outcome within a 7 day period.

You will only receive emails from Stellium Astrology when you have requested them (e.g. for an Astrology consultation or newsletter). If you are subscribed to Stellium Astrology you may be sent broadcasts which will inform you of any special offers, updates, and latest news about Astrology & additional services like Reiki and Tarot. If you no longer want to be emailed you will always have the option to unsubscribe there is a link at the bottom of every mail, simply click on the unsubscribe button and you will be removed from our database.

Astrology Readings

I am very strict when it comes to privacy and confidentiality, your consultation will be stored on my computer and no third parties will have access to them. When you submit your Pre-Consultation form I will review what you have asked and if I think it is in line with our code of ethics I will cast specific charts that I deem suitable for your reading that will allow us to look at your situation in depth. If I am not happy with the questions that are asked on the Pre-Consultation form I will contact you via the email address you initially submitted, and discuss consultation potentials with you. If agree to this then the reading can go ahead. If you do not feel comfortable with what we have discussed, the reading will be cancelled and you will be entitled to a full refund.

Once I have cast the charts and we are at the time of your booking, I will contact you vis Skype, WhatsApp or Telephone and commence with your reading. If consulting in person, I will await your arrival and the reading will commence when you arrive. If you are more than half an hour late, the reading can go ahead but time will be deducted from your consultation in order for my other bookings to run on time.

I will email you a copy of the charts, cards that were chosen and answers to your question. This will all be provided in PDF format.

Late or Non-Attendance to Consultation

Full payment is required from you if you have arrived late for your consultation. The amount of minutes that you are late to your appointment will be deducted from your remaining appointment time and. Full payment is required if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice.

Regulating Authorities

I am a certified practicing Astrologer with the Astrological Association of Great Britain and a certified Reiki Master Practitioner, registered with the United Kingdom Reiki Federation (UKRF) and the Complementary & Natural Health Care Council. I am legally bound to uphold and practice by the legislations specified for professional practitioners of Astrology & Reiki. I am a representative of the standards expected enforced by the legal bodies for Astrology and Reiki in the UK.

Code of Ethics

• I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.
• I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their national origin, class, education, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.
• I will represent honestly my Astrological expertise, including educational credentials and levels of experience.
• I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by law or court order.
• I will recommend clients consult licensed professionals for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide guidance in these areas.
• I will never knowingly collect any on-line information from anyone under the age of 18.
• To protect the privacy of other people, I will not read on a third party. Where possible I will rephrase the question to focus the question to what is directly related to you.
• An Astrologer cannot predict the future.
• An Astrologer cannot make decisions for you.
• An Astrological consultation with me is meant to empower you, encourage you, identify your true potential and help you understand you will always have a choices.
