A few hours ago there was a partial solar eclipse at 15° Capricorn which was ‘besieged’ by malefic planets Saturn and Pluto. Cerebral Mercury joined the party on Friday, making him the 5th planet in this powerful Stellium providing a sobering reality check for us all.

Saturn is a tough teacher, testing us, pushing our boundaries, and loading us with responsibility in order to reveal whether we have seriously considered the consequences of our previous actions.

He is at home in Capricorn which doesn’t make him any softer – in his own kingdom Saturn answers to no-man and is 100% himself with no apologies.

Pluto is a non-negotiable force tearing down facades and exposing the integral framework which gives us our ability to withstand even the greatest opposition.

He demands authenticity, draws out our stamina and reveals our inner survivor; a stranger to us all until we face the fears which dominate our subconscious choices.

Eclipses serve as an accelerator or hard-reset, aligning circumstances, lighting up our true path, and revealing where we need to correct our course.

Considered points of fate, eclipses often arrive as challenging situations, prompting us to acknowledge the message and take action.

The nodes in the Cancer–Capricorn polarity are a corridor for karmic meetings which shape the way we see and experience our reality. The current Stellium of planets in Capricorn are moving toward the eclipse point and lunar South Node (known as the dragons tail).

The south node which hosts this partial solar eclipse is a detoxifying point of purge and an opportunity to empower ourselves from oppressive or limiting attitudes, situations, and relationships.

Unable to see the wood for the trees, we have to remember that with hindsight, even the most painful of situations give us strength and lead us to our truest bliss.
