A year ago I wrote about UK citizen Billy Caldwell for Infinity Astrological Magazine.
One year later for the first birthday of IAM’s publication, articles are popping up in my news-feed about this amazing little boy.
In 2018, Billy’s meds were confiscated at a UK airport and within 24 hours he was admitted to St Mary’s hospital in Paddington, in life-threatening condition. As a result, a precedent was set in UK law allowing him to have his medication.
Sadly, as of August 23rd 2019, Billy will no longer receive cannabis oil on prescription and is condemned to a lifetime of suffering if he is to observe the laws of the UK.
Why is cannabis legal in some countries, but the UK condemns people to suffer when there is clear evidence this plant has medicinal properties which can ease or prevent their symptoms?
Who benefits from the law being this way and why is ex-PM Theresa May’s husband so heavily invested in the medicinal marijuana industry?
If the plant doesn’t have powerful healing properties, why waste money investing in it? And why penalise people who have to break the law to self-medicate?
My hope is that Uranus in Taurus is awakening us to the healing power of nature and freeing us from systems which suppress more natural ways of treating illness. I don’t think this is the last we’ll hear of this story.
